<p>Latimer Farm was shortlisted for 2 awards at the Interntional Design &amp; Architecture Awards- Restoration &amp; Residential Architectural Property.</p>
<p>With over 40 countries taking part, covering Asia, the Middle East and USA and with 92,000 votes Latimer Farm won Best Restoration.  It was a huge honour for all the team's hardwork to be recognised by the design industry.</p>
